Myles is great. Talks to you more like a friend than as a customer. Purchased a few items. No tracking number provided. Items must have shipped same day. Arrived as ordered.

OPINION: great vendor, great pricing.

Drew there always takes care of me as well, but I know him from GTworx.com. They are both the same thing though. He is sending me some take off KW Race springs at a super deal right now, someone bumped their spring rate and these are laying around!

Myles definitely kicks ass. Given that I always have NA Subies, there's a limit to what he can sell me, but I got my RCE TarmacII coilovers at a super deal thanks to him- and it wasn't even through him. When I called him to order a set, he actually referred me to some poor bastard who had ordered a set for his RS and then crashed it while they were in the mail. Instead of making the kid eat the restocking fee, he got me in touch with him and I got them at a small discount. That's taking care of your customers.

I've had quite the opposite experience with them. A while back they mentioned that they were going to try to stock STi Gymkhana springs for the GC and I sent in an email to reserve a set. I gave it two weeks and didn't hear back from them so I called and one of the employees (not Myles) said he had never even heard of those springs and would "look in to them" for me and call me back, which he never did. I then called again a few weeks later, was told they were working on it and that they'd call back when they had more information and needless to say they haven't returned my call. I however haven't followed up since because I'm leaving the country for a while but for a company with such a great reputation I was disappointed with their customer service.

If you get a chance to call again and get Myles in the future, I am sure he will be as disappointed as you are about the bad experience and will look for a way to make it up.
