I don't think they will let him do that. Something about they aren't USDOT legal and that there are no conversion places over there and they won't ship it here to be converted on US soil. Or something.

As I recall, you can bring back whatever you want, you just can't register it if it isn't US legal. The rule may have change,d and I may have had it wrong in the first place though.

Well I think it's the military that won't let Tim bring it back. We discussed it at length in a thread on a diff forum, I'll have to go reread it to get my fact straight. Or Tim can just post.
