Default I need window nets for the WRX...

...but I can't find any guidelines about choosing them.

I want a mesh-style net, not the heavier 1" ribbon deals you see in NASCAR, but I don't know if I should go with a seat-belt style mount, or a latch style mount (I'm leaning latch). And I don't know how big the thing needs to be, as in how much of the window needs to be covered, and how long it needs to be to be mountable in my cage.

Anyone have some advice? Austin, any tips from the AI car?

Also, here's a pic I found while doing some research at corner-carvers:

I have nothing useful to add, except nice tach. Do we need to put that on your car?

In the back classifieds of SportsCar there are a few suppliers of the style the Speed TC cars use.

I've always hated the Detroit-80s-seatbelt style ones. With gloves on it can be hard to push the button in to release it, especially when the mechanism isn't brand new anymore. I'd go for something like a latch instead. Dimensions are hard to say, get it as wide as you can given your window opening length & sizes available to buy, and height is just determined by cage bars & net mounting details.

Or look at a spring-loaded bar setup, that's what MM's car has. Easy to get open if you're in a hurry, you just pull back on the front handle and it falls down.

I was looking at those... seems like the ideal setup, but I don't know enough about my cage having never seen it to figure out if that will work. Hell, I can't even figure out how big the net needs to be!
