Would those changes affect whether I run in the afternoon or morning...or just whether I run 1st or 2nd?

They can affect which session you run in half the time. Emails will be sent, announcements will be made, and people will be informed at registration before run groups officially change.

Is there a chance that my session for events 2 and 3 could change? I'm trying to schedule stuff around AutoX for this weekend.

For what its worth I'm going to be setting up the course Friday around noon. Any one that wants to come out and help is more than welcome.

Not yet, but I just have to glue the badges to magnets and replace the grill. Swapping wheels will be more time consuming.

Any changes will happen during the day. Meaning, if you were scheduled in the morning, you'll still run in the morning, but maybe the other run group in the morning. Same goes for the afternoon.

When I was out there this morning, there is a big-ass C 130 parked right in the middle of our area. Apperantly, It broke down there and they are trying to get it fixed and moved. They said it should be out of there by this afternoon.
