Lemme put together a HOWTO for ya'll:

1- buy some aluminum or stainless steel screen at Home Depot / Lowes
2- bend screen over intercooler
3- get a milkshake

[img:2ef358be8d=600]http://www.seccs.org/gallery/Car%20Pictures/Doink%20WRX/Vishnu%20Stage%200/VS0%2014%20-%20Stock%20Intercooler.jpg[/img:2ef358be8d]

BTW: you don't need to remove the IC, that's just a picture from when I had it off for some other reason. Also, you'll note that I doubled the screen over itself to get twice the protection.

I purchased some mesh while at Lowes today. The smallest hole stuff they had was 1/4". Does yours have smaller holes Scott? I can take this stuff back if better is available.

Sounds about right.... just fold it over on itself to get 1/8".

At 1/8", there's prolly a little bit of a flow reduction... but it's nothing a quick spray from the water bottle won't cure between runs.

Well, this weekend is a race weekend... so we'll probably all be busy. Maybe Sunday night if we're not all too tired... or prehaps Monday afternoon, I'm off work at about 6... what about everyone else?
