SVX TCU mod

After researching this for awhile, I went ahead and did the mod..reached down behind the battery and pulled the plug 'literally' to the TCU resistor
a couple things were expected at startup

update on the chip..I wasnt aware that you cant take advantage of the higher redline with the auto..this enhancement will benefit SVXi with the manual conversion only..the automatic shift points...
