Thumbs down FastWRX.com is a little slow

Just a heads up on this vendor. I placed an order for front rotors on 5/26 and yesterday 6/5 I sent them an email as I had no contact from them. Today 6/6 I get an email letting me know my credit card was declined. My credit card is fine and I'm a little PO that it took 11 days to find out there was a problem. I went ahead and canceled the order.

FastWRX is a little slow.

You might want to check your account w/ the CC folks. It may have been rejected because some back-end logic on their system suspects the number's stolen, which can occur if you change your purchasing habits, or of course if the number was actually compromised.

And I haven't purchased anything from FastWRX since it was called Mach V... back in '01 I think I got my turbo timer from them, and I had no issues. 'Course, '01 was like a different world compared to today's Subaru market.

I bought my brake caliper paint and little cone decals from them last year, and received them with no trouble.

I too have had trouble with Fast WRX/Mach V.

I called them to make sure they shipped to APO addresses and to check if the Prodrive mudflaps I wanted were in stock. They said yes to both, I then placed my order online and waited. Three weeks went by and I hadn't seen them, which isn't out of the ordinary because they were getting shipped to an APO. I left for a two month TDY to Nicaragua, then went back to NV for two weeks then back to Germany. My order still hadn't arrived and I hadn't gotten any sort of email from them. From there I called and emailed them. Both resulted in bad customer service and rude responses. I was basically told that it was my fault that I didn't know the flaps were on back order because I didn't call them. I fucking lost it after that. Days later my order was canceled and my business was taken elsewhere.

Update. I did eventualy get the rotors from Fast. They claimed the parts were not in stock and they did not run into card problems until they were ready to ship. Anyway, the parts came in on the 18th. Still very slow. Also the parts they had on sale either sold out or were never in stock. Good price, slow service.
