I previously upgraded my lines to stainless steel, and I've switched to a higher temp brake fluid. I had my rotors turned before I put on my Axxis Ultimate pads. Other than that, everything's stock. It's just about time for me to replace the front pads again, and I've got some StopTech slotted rotors that I'm going to put on there when I do that, but not till spring.

Oh well, I shouldn't ever have to take it off again, since it's not on the caliper end.

Well when I was helping The Lude's friend replace his brake lines and pads, it seems like the most trouble is adding the fluid and doing the flush. Putting them on seemed fairly easy, but again this is a older civic. The pads were kinda a pain also.

You guys are scaring me, one of my goals this year is to learn to do my own brakes. Does anyone have a power-bleeder? Those are supposed to work really well, to the point that you can do it yourself. |

Yep, I got speedbleeders too. Pretty cheap (compared to a power bleeder) and easy to use. Plus you can use them at the track to firm up the brakes (if there's any air in them) right before going out.
