			Just from looking at the picture, I'm not sure that bar will pass SCCA rules (GCR rules for SS, IT), simply because an STi weighs over 3000 lbs and those tubes don't appear to be 1.5"x.120" or larger in diameter.  I'm not sure how that translates to autocross legality, but it won't make the car Track Trials legal if that's what you're considering.

 If the cage doesn't meet the GCR minimums (that were recently revised) for the weight of your car, it's not going to pass tech inspection. The cage in the picture does not appear to be made of 1.5" or larger tubing which is required for a car over 3000 lbs. I could be wrong since I'm just going off the picture, but it does look smaller than the tubing in my car. Actually, scratch that... I misread the GCR, 1.5" tubing is good only up to 3000 lbs. 3001-4000 lb cars require 1.75"x.120 tubing. Like this:

			I'll install my 4 points soon where or who do I go to get my bars tech & stamp?  How often do you have to tech the bars?  Once a year or it's good til you change something on the bars??
