The catalytic converter must be good. This is for a stock Forester XT, but I think a WRX one will work.

cody if you are going to move to California you will be needing an entire stock exhaust system for their emissions inspection

I have a Helix catted DP on the way, so my stock one will be off in the near future. If you need it still, of course.
