Just understeared (spelling?) his honda into my neighbors car. My wife is out side right now giving him hell

She heard him zooming around the block, went out to look and saw the whole thing go down. Can't wait till the cops show up, hope she calms down by then

It was an old nissan s12 or something. Little skinny ICP fan looking guy. No liscence, No headlights when it happened, no plates. I ran out right after it happened and saw the kid jumping up and down yelling at his car, cussing. Right then the neighboor came out yelling and pulled the kids keys out of his ignition for him so he couldn't take off. I thought the guy was gonna kick the kids ass, either that or my overexcited wife was gonna kick his ass if He talked back too Her

Guess there is 100' or so of skid marks leeding up to his point of impact, I gotta tell him that He should'nt brake and steer at the same time before He walks home
