I heard straight axle cars can use a lateral rod in Street Prepared. Any truth behind this?

I assume you mean a lateral axle locating device? Like a panhard rod/track bar? They could a few years ago, so I assume they still can. RTFM.

I thought I read something about them from last years rules. It says something about panhard rods are allowed, I just don't know what a panhard rod is.
