I think I have a spare set. I'll bring them to the next autocross if you don't find some before then.

i contacted paul about endlinks from my 06 wrx. he was also interested in my stock rear swaybar but he has an 02-03 wrx (sedan i think). isn't the 02-03 sway 20mm? i know that the 06 sway is 17mm. [edit] bugeye wrx rsb's are indeed 20mm. http://www.seccs.org/forums/showthre...highlight=sway. he can still use them can't he? i'm not sure about the fitment.

Safety, most likely. Smaller rear sway = more forced understeer = no snap oversteer accidents when people panic and jerk the wheel over at 75mph. At any rate, RSBs and endlinks from all RS/WRX MYs are interchangeable.

When the STi came out, it had a 20mm RSB. Subaru decided the WRX shoudl have less rear bar, hence the 17mm wagon bar getting dumped on unsuspecting WRX sedan buyers since MY04. However, rear spring rates may have been increased in the sedan to compensate. Never really looked into that but it's entirely possible... or not.

He wanted to stay with the stock size swaybar so he could be in Stock classes for Rallyx and Autox .. doh! so if it changes the size he had on ... clearly its better then driving with out a rear swaybar at all though ... lol |
