This spring I was stuck in chain control on the return trip from AutoX at Golden Gate Fields. My left knee just can't take it anymore.

I've done Moundhouse every day for two winters, and when it snows people turn in to complete idiots while going up the hill, so I have a pretty good idea. . . my left leg was always ready to fall off by the time I got to work due to too much uphill stop/go.
