This one time at band camp, I bought a few PS2 game from Circuit City. When I got home and opened Devil May Cry III or something like that, the disc wasn't inside. I went back to CC and told them the deal. They didn't seem surprised at all and asked if I'd like to go grab another copy. I said sure but they were out of stock so I grabbed a different game.

Assassin's Creed is good, but the play time is barely worth the original $60 when compared with other current titles like Mass Effect or Orange Box. I can certainly understand the hesitation to buy another.
Did you say the game has the Best Buy logo on it? Was it a branded special edition or something? If it's a logo that you can remove, there's a slim chance I might be able to get it exchanged at one of the gamestops down here. . . but it would take a little while, because the guy that can do that for me only works weekends.

I know the packaging has the Best Buy logo, but I don't believe the game does. I'll have to ask Jonny.
