Assuming I end up getting a 2 BR house, I have a queen size bed for sale. It's in good shape, but like 12 years old, half of those unused for the most part.

We might want to take it off your hands. Our guest bed is pretty bad. I'll see what the lady says. But put us down for it if it ends up for sale. As long as its clean. And not super sunken.
