The closest one is DBTuned in Roseville, but many on this board have gone to Gruppe-S in Hayward as well.

Whenever you make a significant change to the air, fuel, exhaust, or rotating mass of the power train. The first three are probably a must, the later is a probably should.

Paul at DB is a really good guy, and a close personal friend. For normal street tunes, he's a great choice, and pretty close. For extreme stuff, he'll be the first to tell you that you might be better with another tuner with experience with that kind of stuff, like Mike. Definitely talk to Paul, he's got great customer service and will take care of you.
