Deal, did somebody say Deal? Oh, Dean, yeah that's me.
Default Need longer exhaust hangers.

I'm sick of the rattling exhaust, and need to put on some longer hangers. Did somebody still have some spares, or were those normal length?

I wish my pipe just had that sweet Cobb dent in it... Maybe I should just do a Dent Mod...

I believe Kartboy and Vishnu have longer exhaust hangers available now.

I'm using stock hangers everywhere...

The alternative to the dent is putting in a peice of Flex, and I'm not sure that is any better for flow.

If it makes you guys feel better about it, a properly formed clearance dent (a.k.a. formed to SMACNA standards, which makes it look similar to that Cobb dent-mod) in a duct only presents a small pressure drop. I learned this when designing HVAC ductwork at the lab...

Dean, I have one spare that you are more than welcome to have. I will bring it on Thursday. Even one can make a difference. It is stock size, but it is so rigid that it may eliminate the rattle. It did with mine.

Otherwise, Kartboy does make longer versions of the hanger. I think they cost around $30 for a set from Oakos.

I also have your ECU which I will bring on Thursday as well.
