So you hate urban sprawl. Some girl in a silver Subaru Legacy drove through a nail salon, store, and various windows on the street right by my house. Ha!

Hate that. Last holiday, some lady almost drove her Honda through my storefront window. Up the curb, nicked the corner of the building, down the rocks into the next section of parking lot (where, thankfully, my car was NOT parked in its usual place). From there, she pulled left, back around to the small dirt lot in front of the store and coasted to a stop.
Then her son came in to buy a PS2 game, without a word regarding what had nearly been -at least for me - a lot of broken glass, injured customers, a lengthy insurance claim, and a long night waiting for a new window to be installed. Then they drove off. Perhaps she just "forgot" where the brakes were. There's an unbelievable amount of stupid that floats around in the air here during the coldest and warmest times of year, apparently.
